The mobile app or mobile-friendly-website should be tailored to the target user group and should provide usability to suit. Most online shops are already geared towards access via smartphone or tablet, but many online shops still have a lot of catching up to do. The mobile web presence must be convincing within the shortest possible time; if the product range is hard to access or the performance of the website / app is weak, a potential new customer may flee to the competition.
