Platform independent App

Google Framework Flutter for flexibility

To develop the app efficiently and platform independent for both iOS and Android, the Google’s Flutter framework was used. An interactive map makes it even easier to find nearby facilities and provides information such as opening hours, offers and contact information. With the extended search and filter function, helpers and affected persons can find offers based on individual needs such as sleeping, eating or showering.

The Flutter framework provides a unified code base for iOS and Android, making the app look consistent on all devices and easy to maintain.

Easy handling

User-centered design

User-centric usability was the focus of the relaunch, with the interactive map and search giving a quick introduction to Berlin's cold weather services.
